Mount the image and install it (you can also unpack it using the WinRar archiver)..
Copy the contents of the CODEX folder (on the image) to the folder with the installed game - agree to replace.
Note: Changing the language in the steam_emu file.ini parameter next to the Language parameter, change the value of english to russian and save.
