Timeslip Softworks, a small studio known for its Deadstone game, is currently busy with a new project called Vigilantes. It is a tactical role-playing game where the main character is a vigilante named Sam. Sam and his men are engaged in making the law in the county with their own hands, destroying various bandits without trial or investigation. In addition to all kinds of weapons, Sam and his companions are well versed in psychology and can force their opponent to surrender even without a shootout.

The game is being developed on a crowdfunding platform, but the alpha version is already ready, so soon it will be possible to download Vigilantes via torrent for free on our website. According to the developers, they intend to make games for both multiple platforms, including Linux and Mac.
The game is created in the style of neo-noir and dystopia. The main action takes place in a town called Raker City, where bandits have been in charge for a long time, and the sheriff does not dare to stick his nose out without their knowledge. One day, a local resident Sam Contino and several of his friends, tired of this state of affairs, decided to fix everything and bring justice with their own hands.
Vigilantes will have a very developed tactical system - the arsenal of your heroes is quite large, starting with fists and ending with dynamite. Therefore, there will be a lot of variations of application. In addition, each character can be pumped by skills - there are only 9 of them, plus a bunch of additional abilities.
Sam and his boyfriends are confronted by three different gangs, each with its own style. The first gang is religious Mormon fanatics who believe in their high mission. The second gang is the mafiosi who control the criminal life of Raker City. And the third, most dangerous group is retired military personnel who earn money by daring and carefully planned robberies. But the vigilantes also have someone to help - the city is full of people who will willingly do them a favor and, if necessary, do what is asked of them.
