The Heart of Darkness

The Heart of Darkness is an RPG in which you have to explore mysterious dungeons, freeing the kingdom of Highlard from evil forces.

📖 Plot
Someone cursed the kingdom, and terrible shadows entangled everything around. The sun's rays cannot penetrate the veil, and the people of Highlard have fallen into despair. And one day, a northern maiden comes to their aid, who is able to cope with the curse: she began to absorb shadows. But there were too many of them, and evil took possession of the maiden. She decided to seal at least some of the evil forces, but she locks herself up with them.
This was a shock for the king, and he intends to kill the maiden. To this end, he sends his warriors to it, but they are also absorbed by evil forces. And now only you can save everyone. Stock up on weapons, go down to the dungeon to find the cursed maiden.
The player can choose any hero with whom to go on a search, but each of them has their own special skills. With the help of earned experience points, you can strengthen the hero's abilities necessary for battles. After completing quests, you can acquire gold, and buy armor, weapons, etc.D.
