Everyone knows that the Nazis staged them to study parapsychology, the unknown capabilities of man, his brain, and reaction to critical, emergency conditions. One of the scientists of the USSR conducted a number of experiments on guinea pigs, hypnotizing them, and then studying the depth and sleep parameters.
Using the same technology, patients were asked to explore their dreams, find a way out in a series of illusory events in order to consciously awaken on their own.
