Synthetik is set in an alternate universe in the late 1980s. Robotics is flourishing in the world and the largest corporation Kaida Corporation, leading developments in the field of artificial intelligence, occupies a dominant position in this area. But once created by the company, the AI becomes too independent, as a result of which it rebels against its creators and raises robots to war against humanity.

Artificial intelligence creates the "Legion of Machines" - a special structure whose only goal is to destroy people. You have to play a robot that is the only one who does not consider people enemies, as he is endowed with intelligence. Only he can stop the Legion of Machines, but it will take a lot of effort to do so.
