Citizen satisfaction is one of the most important factors in the game. If it falls, then residents will leave the city, and the fewer residents you have, the less money you can earn, and then there will be no funds to support city services. A good income comes from public transport – the more your residents move around the city and the more convenient it is, the more points and virtual money go to your treasury.
