Rumu

Rumu is a puzzle game in which you will have to play a small robot. Its task is to keep the room perfectly clean and fight dirt, so it is a mixture of a vacuum cleaner, a cleaner, a window cleaner and much more. The robot "lives" in the smart house of the couple Cecile and David, terribly dirty and cluttered and has to put it in order every day so that tomorrow the owners of the house clutter it again and the robot starts cleaning again.

Your robot vacuum cleaner has full freedom of action and movement around the house. By the way, it is rarely filled with tenants - as a rule, a married couple is constantly at work, so your character is left to himself and can calmly put the house in order. But in addition to Cecily and David, there are also many different technological devices in the house and a cat named Augusta, and the entire household is run by an artificial intelligence that bears its own name Augusta. You will have to interact with all these characters in the game.
The main task of your hero is to maintain cleanliness in the house. But despite the fact that your hero is a robot and is obliged to do everything that is put into him by the program, in fact he is very inquisitive, so instead of cleaning, he often prefers to explore the nooks and crannies of this huge mansion, where even the owners themselves rarely look. There are many secrets and mysteries, during the study of which the main character will often have to make a difficult choice, which consists in how to satisfy his own interest and at the same time not violate one of the many rules and directives that are strictly spelled out in his control block.
🛠️ Installation instructions:
(1) Mounts an ISO image of the game using Alcohol 120%, DAEMON Tools, or a similar program.
(2) Run setup.exe from the root folder inside the image or wait for autorun.
(3) Install the game in your preferred directory following the instructions of the installer.
(4) Copy all the contents from the PLAZA subdirectory that is located in the mounted image to the root folder with the installed game, replacing the original files. An alternative and simpler option: at the stage of installing the game, check the 'Copy contents of PLAZA directory to installdir' item.
(5) Click on the game shortcut on the desktop, running it as administrator (Right click on the shortcut ⇛ Properties ⇛ Compatibility ⇛ Run this program as administrator).
(6) Loving and cleaning, cleaning and loving again, immersed in a brooding story and sadly remembering such heartfelt things as Wally, Artificial Intelligence, and Bicentennial Man.
To avoid misunderstandings, disable your antivirus for the duration of all the above manipulations. It is also recommended to add all newly replaced files to the list of exclusions from scanning by your antivirus.
