A fast-paced first-person shooter. In the new version, the authors have brought back the weapon wheel, expanding the arsenal with new devices. The player can choose a carbine, shotgun, cannon, updated grenades and other types of weapons. Weapons can be upgraded, which will increase their power and damage. Changes have been made to the multiplayer mode, which has affected the ease of passage. Another advantage is that the game has two main characters who work together and fulfill a common goal.
In the third part of the series, the authors worked out the environment, added details, and improved the mechanics. To appreciate all these points, it is enough to download Resistance 3 via torrent. The language is changed in the emulator settings (right mouse button on the game name --> Change Custom Configuration --> System --> Console Language).
By default, some gamepad buttons are set to the mouse, so you can play like a regular PC shooter. You can reconfigure the buttons or adjust the sensitivity in the emulator settings.
By default, the game runs at native PS3 resolution of 720p. You can force upscaling up to 10K UHD at the cost of losing performance.

Loading after the Insomniac logo on a black background can take a few minutes - just wait. NEVER close the emulator window outside of the game's main menu - this can mess up the safe files, go to the menu first.
If the game crashes before the start of the first level, delete the folder "dev_hdd0/home/00000001", Clear the caches created by the emulator and restart.
At some levels, the emulator may freeze when loading them. In this case, in the game properties in the emulator, replace the SPU Decoder with "Recompiler (LLVM)" on "Recompiler (ASMJIT)" and restart the game. After passing this place, the option can be turned back on.
