Pyre

As it recently became known, Supergiant Games studio, known for such hits as Transistor and Bastion, has announced that it is working on a new project called Pyre. To date, most of the work has been completed and the studio is working on supplementing the content. A clear indication that Pyre will soon move into the alpha testing stage is that at the PAX East exhibition, the developers presented the game environment and gameplay.

Pyre is a tactical RPG in which all gameplay takes place in multiplayer mode. A special feature of the game is that you will have to go to Purgatory, an amazing, strange and frightening world. Your hero, once here, loses both strength and all hope and is already ready to say goodbye to his life. But all of a sudden, he is saved by a group of unknown wanderers hiding their faces under thick masks. They not only save his life, but also give hope that he will be able to get out of this strange place, but at the same time your hero will have to uncover many secrets and complete a number of tasks.
As for the world itself, in the process of completing tasks, you will have to travel around it a lot and explore it. The world is also full of those who consider you their enemy, so when you meet them, you will have to defend your life, because they will willingly attack you and take away all the secrets you have learned about Purgatory. Also, during your travels, you will meet various characters - they will give you various tasks for which you can get experience and rewards. By the way, the tasks will have a non-linear solution - you, as the developers promise, will have the opportunity to complete them in different ways and this will affect how you will be treated in Purgatory.
In the announcement of the game, the developers gave an opportunity to get acquainted with one of the soundtracks for it - according to them, all the music is developed specifically for Pyre, so the immersion in the game will be even more complete.
