The game was developed by Digital Reality studio, which created its project based on the cult film "Platoon", directed by Oliver Stone and telling about the Vietnam War. You will have to take part in this war starting from 1965, that is, practically from the very beginning to its end in 1968. Your hero will be an ordinary soldier named Martin Lyonsdale, who was drafted into the army right after the wedding and had to go through three years of real hell.

The game plaToon, which we offer you on our portal, includes a dozen and a half missions connected by the story of Martin Lyonsdale's career growth. During the three years of the war, he became a lieutenant from a private and received a whole platoon of the legendary First Airborne Division under his command. Together with Martin and the soldiers of his platoon, you will take part in such famous battles of the Vietnam War as Operation Pershing and Operation Blazing Bayonet, the Pleiku Campaign and a number of others. All this is presented in high-quality graphics with high detail, environment, great special effects and many other advantages.
