He arrives to find his sister missing, and in his search for her, he uncovers many family secrets. With a mixture of politics, history, and Eastern Orthodoxy, the story twists and turns to a dark but hopeful ending.

Plot and gameplay
The Last Days of Lazarus can be found quite amazing. The characters are intriguing, and the scenery and soundtrack are beautifully designed. The religious artifacts are masterfully crafted, and you have a real feeling of being in Romania in the post-Soviet era. Good and Evil are completed throughout the adventure, and the protagonist discovers that he has close ties with both.
The puzzles are mostly "find and use" with mechanical exercises that won't be too difficult. Sometimes you may find yourself trying to figure out what actions are necessary to develop the plot. Fortunately, the individual chapters are small, so there's no need to go back while you're trying to find what you've missed.
You may enjoy studying the documents and watching how the backstory unfolded. The game is often autosaved and also saved when you exit. There is a "chapter pick" feature that allows you to go back and pick up the missing achievements.
