Continuation of the popular series of tactical shooters. The action takes place after several years of battles with a large army of eastern states. In Europe, NATO troops were on the verge of defeat. Under the threat of being pushed out of the mainland, the generals resort to a desperate measure - to raid a lost island located in the Mediterranean Sea, where an unknown top-secret facility is located. But the enemies reveal their plans, and destroy the entire group of saboteurs sent on a mission. But one still survived. Captain Scott Miller finds himself alone on the shore of a hostile island...

The single-player campaign in Arma 3 paints a bleak future for Europe, which will turn into an arena for wars between NATO and some "Eastern armies" (Russia, China, Iran?). Moreover, NATO will lose and eventually will be on the verge of complete defeat. As a last desperate measure, they initiate an operation called Magnitude and send a special forces unit with the main character, Captain Scott Miller, to an island located in the Mediterranean Sea, deep behind enemy lines. The purpose of the warriors is directly related to one well-guarded "military secret" that can change the course of the war. However, during the mission, "something" goes wrong, the entire squad is destroyed after the landing, and only Captain Miller remains alive. He will have to go through a difficult path from surviving in places hostile to his person to commanding a combat unit, on whose shoulders the successful completion of Operation Magnitude will subsequently be entrusted. A gripping story – promised. The "solo" will be accompanied by a multiplayer part, consisting of both standard battles between players and joint missions. Dedicated server support – yes. Character customization, laying out weapons in his pockets and other online spilkins – it's all right there. Arma 3 is also a luxurious but easy-to-learn mission editor that allows players to create scenarios of a wide variety of scales and combat shades.
