Here is an interactive version of the popular board game based on the stories of the cult writer, the father of horror Howard Lovecraft. Some of his creations are still collected in the collection of the book "Cthulhu Mythos", where he tells about terrible bloodthirsty monsters from outer space that have lived on Earth since time immemorial. Humanity was not yet in sight, and they were real ancient deities who could control not only the universe, but also time. The writer's fantasy gave life to these cruel monsters, from the mere mention of which the blood freezes in the veins. They are now in a parallel world, but sometimes they break through to ours.

So, in the presented game you will visit an old mansion where a brutal murder took place. Events develop in a small town in 1926, where an astronomy professor was killed. And from the condition of her body and the wounds inflicted, it can be concluded that she died in agony. You will go to the lair of monsters, but first you need to choose 12 assistants, professional detectives who will have their own talents and skills. They will help you in the investigation, try to find the culprit of this brutal murder, collect evidence, and conduct interrogations. Your allies will be quite strong guys who know how to handle different types of weapons, and also have magic. They will be able to help you collect all the necessary information bit by bit in order to reproduce the whole picture later. In addition, during the gameplay, you will collect different items around the mansion, with their help it will be easier for you to stay alive. Remember that this is Lovecraft's creation, so control the psychological state of your comrades, because it is easy to go crazy after what you see. Mysticism will not only be in horrors, but also in creepy places where dark rituals are carried out. Here they worshipped monsters that are beyond human comprehension.
The game project was first announced in 2018 by AsmodeeDigital, the script was written by FantasyFlight Interactive. At the end of 2021, the official release of the game on all platforms should take place.
